Adelyn was welcomed into the rescue as a breeder surrender. She was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and a grade 4 heart murmur. She was an unexpected candidate for a surgery that corrected the cardiomyopathy, but she will always have the heart murmur. She also had FHO on one hip, and may need to have the other done in the future if it becomes an issue for her. She is very active and otherwise healthy, but she will need periodic check ups with the cardiologist and a vet who is experienced in doing FHO surgeries.
